Introduction:
The first double-helical structure of DNA, discovered by Watson and Cric, ks known as B-DNA. DNA can form different conformations because deoxyribose sugar is flexible and the C’-N-glycosidic linkage can rotate. Z-DNA (Helix diameter of 1.84nm) is the Z form of DNA, which is slimmer than the B form of DNA.
