Introduction:
DNAexists in different forms because the carbon–nitrogen (C-N) glycosidic linkage in DNA rotates. The deoxyribose sugar present in DNA is flexible. The B-DNA conformation is called Watson–Crick structure and is formed in high humidity conditions.
