Introduction:
A magnet is a material in which domains are aligned in one direction and so, it is able to attract other magnetic materials. A moving charged particle also generates magnetic field around it.
Magnetic field around a magnet is a region where magnet has an influence. The field lines are imaginary lines which represent the force field around the magnet. When a positive test charge is placed in the force field, the direction of motion the test charge indicates the direction of the magnetic field. Magnetic field lines emerge from north pole and enter into south pole.
