Introduction:
Soaps are fatty acid salts that are produced from animal fat and potash by the process called saponification. Wax is a type of lipid that isnormally present in the leaf and stem of plants and skin and fur of animals. It acts as a protective layer. The plasma membrane of cells in the body is actually made of special type lipids known as phospholipids.
