Introduction: The antibodies are the proteins that are produced in response to a foreign substance such as bacteria. It is otherwise called as immunoglobulins. There are five major types of immunoglobulins present in the human body namely IgG, IgM, IgE, IgA, and IgD. IgG comprises of about 50% of all immunoglobulins and takes part in various immune reaction. IgA is the antibody found in colostrum that fights against bacteria in the born baby.
