Codon is of huge importance for any living organism as it encapsulates the genetic codes of the species and thereby tells about its various functions.

There are 64 types of codons, where, 61 specific amino acids and 3 are used to stop the signal.

DNA and RNA consist of three nucleotides which specify the information of the amino acids and signal the termination of protein synthesis.
