Nutrients absorbed without digestion are free amino acids, vitamins, minerals, water, and cholesterol. Pumpkin, leafy greens, and soybeans are some of the amino acid–rich foods. Vitamins are predominantly present in milk, liver, and egg etc. Whole grains, nuts, and leafy grains are some of the foods rich in minerals.
