Introduction:

The organ meats, meat extracts, and the seafood contain nucleic acids in high concentrations. Organ meat like liver contains high levels of nucleic acids, as it has enormous nuclei. Controversially, plant foods like nuts and dairy products contain low concentrations of nucleic acid.
