Introduction:
The mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) transcript is the main component of the process of translation, since it has all the information required to make protein. The tRNAs (transfer RNAs) read the codons present on the mRNA and attachcognate amino acid to the growing protein chain. The mRNA has a reading frame, which acts as a starting point for translation.
