Introduction:
Transcription yields a specific heterogeneous nuclear RNA (ribonucleic acid) which consists of certain non-coding sequences along with coding sequences for protein encoding, called exons. Pre mRNA (messenger RNA) undergoes certain modifications to yield a messenger RNA that consists of coding sequence only and not the non-coding sequences. There are various models or approaches for such kind of modifications that occur within the nucleus of acell.
