The proposed E-Counselling System (ECS) allows students to submit their complaints. The system starts with the initial state where it shows a complaint form for the student to fill. After the student fills out the complaint form, he/she should submit it. The submitted complaint appears to the academic advisor who assigns it to a staff member and change its state to under process. The staff member should resolve the student complaint within one week. If the week has passed and the complaint is not resolved yet, the complaint state becomes unsolved and further actions are taken by the Head of Department. The Head of Department changes the state of the complaint to under investigation and a meeting is conducting with the student to resolve his/her complaint. At the end, the Head of Department resolves the student complaint.
Draw a State Diagram for the Complaint object. Use suitable names for the states and show all guards.

It’s not that Jason didn’t make an effort to be there on time. He actually arrived in the office five minutes early but was unable to clock in immediately because his direct superior, Raffy, asked him for an informal project progress report as soon as he walked in the door. As a Junior System Administrator, Jason has access and the capability to edit the company’s attendance records.
