The situations under which the apoptosis become mandatory.

Introduction:

A regulated cell death is caused by the activation of caspases [cysteine (C), aspartate (Asp), and proteases (ases)]. The phenomena are called as apoptosis. The cell death determined by apoptosis requires activation of specific signals. These signals can be secreted both internally and externally. Sometimes in case of an immune system, they can be determined by the immune cells like T (thymus-derived) lymphocytes cells.
