Summary Introduction
To review:
The test for determining the killing efficacy of an autoclave.
Introduction:
Microorganisms cannot be seen by unaided eyes. They are present everywhere such as air, water, and soil which contains millions of microorganisms. Some of them prove to be beneficial while some are harmful disease causing pathogens. The microbial growth can be inhibited or destroyed by various methods such as sterilization, disinfection, and antisepsis.
