The correlation is 0.65.

Explanation of Solution

Given:

There are total 14 data points out of which one is an outlier.

Outlier is being removed from the data set.

It is known that due to the presence of the outlier in the data set the linearity of the variables reduces. And, the decrease in the linearity leads the decrease in the value of the correlation.

If the outlier is removed then there would be strong positive relationship between the variables but the provided scatterplot shows that there is a moderate positive relationship between the two variables because the data points are scattered.
