Introduction:
Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) determines the antimicrobial activity of drugs against specific bacteria. It is determined by examining the tubes to identify the lowest drug concentration that inhibits the visible growth of bacteria. This is done by observing the turbidity (cloudiness) in the broth.
