The concentration of solute particles in solution affects the physical properties of the solution such as boiling point and freezing point.

On boiling point- The solute particles in the solution havean attraction towards solvent particles which leads to preventing the change of solvent particles from liquid to gas state. Due to this, more energy is needed for boiling the solution. So, the boiling point rises when solute concentration increases.

On freezing point- The solute particles in the solution havean attraction towards solvent particles which leads to preventing the change of solvent particles to solid-state Due to this,the solution needsa lower temperature for solidifying. So, the freezing point decreases when solute concentration increases.

Conclusion:

Thus, the freezing point lowers and the boiling point raises when the concentration of solute increases in solution.
