Solubility increases with increase in temperature. Out of sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide and sucrose, sucrose has higher solubility at temperature at 20°C .

Conclusion:

Sucrose dissolves in water because energy is given off when the slightly polar sucrose molecule form intermolecular bonds with the polar water molecules. The weak bond between the solute and solvent compensate for the energy needed to disrupt the structure of both the pure solute and solvent.
