Introduction:

DNA replication is a sophisticated process through which the unwinding of the DNA in the presence of helicase enzyme occurs. The two strands of DNA are separated out and read independently. A newly synthesized strand is formed from the original DNA strands. One molecule of DNA consist of two strands, after replication two DNA molecules are formed with four strands of DNA.
