Summary Introduction
To review:
The drugs that selectively stimulate and block the nicotinic and muscarinic receptors along with their clinical use.
Introduction:
The cholinergic receptors are the acetylcholine receptors present in at the synapse sites and effector cells sites from where the acetylcholine exert their effects. The cholinergic receptors are of two types, the nicotinic ACh (acetylcholine) receptor and the muscarinic ACh receptors.
