Managing the grapevine in an office can be very tricky. Gossip or grapevine is more prevalent when there are limited or no information in the formal channels of communication. A grapevine can be often termed as the result of boredom. An organization must be intentionally sharing as much information as possible. The grapevine managed correctly can be an efficient tool for the managers and the employees.
