Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
Newton's second law states that rate of change of momentum is directly proportional to applied force. It describes how acceleration of an object is affected by force and mass of an object.
Rate of change of velocity with respect to time known as acceleration.
Cart will be pulled by a horse. Since horse applies a force on the cart and cart also applies the force on the ground but these two forces are not equal since horse applies large force on the cart.
Conclusion:
The cart will acceleratedue to unbalanced forces on it.
