Explanation of Solution

The movement of the muscles is not one way, when the muscle of a body part contracts, the antagonist muscle located opposite to it relaxes. This allows the movement of the body part in a certain direction. For example, when we lift our hand, biceps contracts and triceps relaxed to lift the region below the elbow.
