The cerebrum functions the sense and controls movements of a human body like hearing, touching, learning, etc. The brainstem is the middle part of the brain. It controls the movement of eyes and mouth and also regulates the heartbeat. The cerebellum is located at the back of the head and it controls the movement and maintains posture.

Overall, the human cerebrum regulates the major functions performed by a human being.
