Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder associated with the pancreatic endocrine system. It is characterized by an abnormally increased level of plasma glucose concentration that is hyperglycemia. This can be caused by deficient insulin secretion, abnormal target cell responsiveness, or both. The concentration or osmolarity of urine is a quantity of the water excreted by the kidneys. The kidney controls urine concentration by varying the amounts of water and Na+. They are reabsorbed in the distal nephron that is distal tubule and collecting duct.
