Chapter 22.4, Problem 2COMQ
Summary Introduction
Introduction:
The T-DNA or transfer DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) is a tumor-inducing plasmid of the bacterial species, like Agrobacterium rhizogenes and Agrobacterium tumefaciens. It is transfer to the from the nuclear DNA genome of the host plant the bacterium. This DNA is generally used in the transformation process.
