Summary Introduction
To review:
The following:
1. The hormone secreted by the placenta.
2. The reason behind considering the placenta as an incomplete endocrine gland.
Introduction:
Placenta is a structure which develops in females’ uterus during pregnancy. It provides oxygen and nutrients to the growing fetus.
