Introduction:
Antidiuretic hormone also known by the name vasopressin comes from the hypothalamus and it is stored and released from the posterior pituitary gland. The pituitary gland is also termed as the master gland of the endocrine system. The pituitary gland regulates the secretion of different hormones that stimulate the other endocrine glands to secrete the hormones.
