Introduction:
The most complex joint in the human body is the knee joint. At this joint, the inferior portion of the femur attaches with the tibia in the lower legs. It acts as a hinge that allows some amount of medial and lateral rotation. It contains a cavity that is shared with an articulation between the patellar and inferior portion of the femur bone.
