Explanation of Solution

Polar nuclei are referred to two haploid nuclei that are localized in the mid region of the embryo sac of flowering plant.

Endosperm is surrounding tissue of embryo which is responsible for the nourishing the developing embryo.

Seed coat is hard or semi hard protecting shell which covers seed and keep it protected from the atmospheric harsh conditions.

Germination is the conversion of the spore or seed to vegetatively divide and grow in a new plant.

Radicle is the first root of a developing plant that lengthen during germination of seed. This is a part of plant embryo and forms primary roots.

Hypocotyl is a stem of germinating seed found under the seed leaves (cotyledons) above roots.

Dormancy is a behaviour of plant which implies inactive and reduced metabolism under conditions of the environmental stress.
