Metabolic syndrome: The close association of type 2 diabetes with cardiovascular disease has led to the hypothesis that they both share a common antecedent. This concept has been labelled “The Metabolic syndrome” by the WHO and others.
Diabetes: This is one of the common metabolic disease that affect your body to produce insulin. Insulin is a hormone that is needed when your body turns the food you eat into energy is realised to help transport this energy to the cells.
