Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Respiration is a process of breathing, which is referred to as the movement of oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) to and from the lungs. Inspiration is breathing in and expiration is breathing out. One respiratory cycle involves complete breathing in and breathing out.
