Summary Introduction

To review:

The changes in the angle of aperture and resolution with the increasing lens magnification.

Introduction:

The resolution of any object under a microscope is dependent upon many factors. They include the amount of magnification, the angle of the aperture as well as the numerical aperture, and the refractive index of the medium. An increase in magnification due to the natural process of detection of objects by the eye lens affects all other factors, especially resolution and the angle of aperture. There are physical limits within which these changes can occur.
