Calculation:

  nNaOH=Molarity×volumeinliters

  =3.6×102mol

When nitric acid reacts with sodium hydroxide reaction is given by:

  HNO3+NaOHNaNO3+H2O

Thus one mol acid reacts with one mol base.

This impies,

  nHNO3=3.6×102mol

  VolumeofHNO3solution=3.6×102mol1.75M

              =0.02057L

              =20.57mL

Thus, 20.57mL nitric acid is neutralised by given amount of sodium hydroxide. So, the resulting solution is acidic.

  Amount of nitric acid left=3020.57

              =9.43mL

Density of nitric acid=1.51 g/ml

  Amount of nitric acid=volume×density

            =9.43×1.51 =14.24 g

And,

  Molar mass of nitric acid=1+14+48

              =63 g/mol

Thus,

  Concentration of solution=14.24×100063×360

               =0.627 M

Therefore, [H+]=0.627M

Now,

  pH=log[H+]

    =log(0.627)

    =0.203

  pOH=14pH

     =140.203

     =13.797

As overall solution is acidic, it will turn litmus pink.

Conclusion

Thus, the resulting solution is acidic.
