Hooke's Law basically determines the force that is needed to extend or by some distance which is proportional to that distance.

Rubber bands have a linear proportionality between the load and extension only when it is reached till a certain limit.
Conclusion:
Therefore, if the graph is a straight line, the rubber band will follow Hooke’s law and if the graph is curved then it will not follow Hooke’s law.
