The data collected in this case is the responses which is dependent on the individual’s choice. A person with weak opinion or with a low rating will try to avoid more participating in it in comparison to one with positive and strong opinion.

This non response will lead to biasness that will be in favour of cafeteria as they will be able to feature that all most of them are in liking their food.
