Using the chi-square test

  $H_0:$ Opinion is degree independent

  $H_1:$ opinion is not degree independent

  ${\chi }^2=10.582$

Degree of freedom

  $\begin{array}{l}=\left(3-1\right)\left(2-1\right)\\ =2\times 1\\ =2\end{array}$

P-value = 0.005

Therefore, the P-value is smaller than significance level 0.05. So, there should be reject the null hypotheses and make the conclusion that Opinion is degree independent.
