Physical fitness is important for healthy wellbeing. This comes from regular exercise and proper nutrition. It cost energy based on intensity of work performed. Exercise is a type of physical activity which is performed in a structured way such as aerobics, running, weight lifting, push up and so on. The type of energy used depends on the intensity and duration of the exercise. Fatty acids, carbohydrates and proteins are used as source of energy depending on level of intensity of exercise.
