Explanation of Solution
It is given that the collection contains 50 g of rice and 50 g of beans. Since both samples weigh 50 g, they will have the same mass.
However a single grain of rice has a much lower mass than a single unit of bean. Therefore, for the same sample mass there will be more grains of rice than beans.
Thus, the sample with 50 g of rice will have more pieces.
