Concept Introduction : The ideal gas equation can be used to calculate P, V, T and number of moles of gases. It is basically the combination of different gas laws such as Boyle’s law, Charles’s law, Gay-Lussac law and Avogadro law. The ideal gas equation can be written as:

PV = n RT

Here, P is pressure, V is volume, n is number of moles, R is Universal gas constant and T is temperature of the gas.
