Introduction: Proteins are known as building blocks of the body. They are made up of long chain of amino acids that are arranged in linear chain of polypeptide chains. Amino acids are an organic molecule and is made up of a basic amino group (-NH2), an acidic carboxyl group (-COOH), and an organic R group, which is unique in each amino acid.
