The main problem in establishing a business is satisfying the customers with their product that is manufactured.

Every customer or supplier process an action only when product is being trusted, the trust is obtained based on the reviews that is provided for the products.

Example:

Consider the case where a new product is been launched online, the customer who buys the products reviews its quality after the usage of the product. The reviews that are obtained for the product will be in two ways one is positive feedback and another is negative feedback.

Positive feedback:

The best rating was given by the customers and this will be reviewed by the company. So the product will get the good reputation, good standard of the products on the market. This will improve the business into the next level.

Negative feedback:

If the customer gives negative feedback because of bad quality, that time we must review all the negative feedbacks and make our product even-more better and improve the quality according to the customers’ requirement. Sometime our competitors also give negative feedback for our products to de-promote or reduce the image among the customers. So we must analyze this kind of problems and to resolve that.

Problem with the case:

The problem that is involved with the case will be analysis true negative feedback and fake negative feedback. The problem is laid with the negative feedback need to analysed and rectified through the use of proper analysis tool. Using the tool proper analysis is obtained and the product is rated according to it.
