The person AV told OG, GB, and other persons that he can send all of them home. GB told others that they should stand against injustice. The person GB was asked to leave to which she protested but left. GB was informed that she does not need to return. GB filed an unemployment compensation claim. The company SNH was asked to provide a reason for termination from work. The company responded that GB was disrupting the production. The NLRB also filed a complaint against the company SNH on the application by GB for unfair labor practice charges. The company’s claim was rejected and the company was ordered reinstatement and of making payment of back wages and benefits.
