Proteins are stabilized due to their linkages and bond interaction. The change in the stability of the structure of the protein is called denaturation. In this process, there is a loss of properties of the proteins.

Explanation of Solution
In the denaturation process, the complex types of proteins change into simple proteins. With the change in the structure, there is the breaking of the covalent bond interaction between the amino acids.
In the denaturation process of protein, the primary structure of amino acid remains the same and secondary and tertiary structures get destroyed.
The change from the complex to a simpler level of protein structure falls under the denaturation process. The loss of stability and their activity and the helix structure is disturbed during the denaturation of proteins.
