A pulmonary disease corresponds to an irrevocable obstruction in the pathway of air in the human body, and results in lowering of the rate of exhalation. Alcoholics and people with weak immunity acquire pulmonary diseases more easily than a healthier individual. This is because of their inability to clear their “lower respiratory system” off the required amount of mucus secretions.
