Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
The funnel shaped structure in a teapot or kettle through which liquid can be pour out is known as spout. When level of liquid will reached above the upper point of spout that time liquid started coming out of the spouts.
The spouts of both teapots are at the same height and till that height dimension of both the teapots are equal and will contain equal amount of water till that height. These teapots cannot contain more water as water will dripping out from spouts if more liquid is filled in these teapots. Hence both teapots will contain same amount of water.
Conclusion:Both will have same amount of liquid.
