Introduction:
The immune function is aided by two different kinds of white blood cells. The “B cells” develop in the bone marrow and produce antibodies. “T cells”, they develop in a small organ called the thymus gland. T cells are activated when dendritic cells, also known as antigen presenting cells, present the antigen to the T-cells.
