Explanation of Solution

No, it cannot be possible to achieve yield greater than 100%.

If all the calculations are correct, then there might be some impurity in the sample which can cause theoretical yield to be greater than the actual yield. May be any reactant which was in excess got trapped in the product. So, it must be purified again. If sample is pure then there are chances of solvent trap. So sample should be vacuum dried to get correct yield.

Conclusion

Yield of the reaction cannot be greater than 100%.
