Relative humidity it is expressed as percentage which is the absolute humidity relative to a maximum humidity given in the same temperature.

Explanation of Solution

Relative humidity is very much helpful in predicting the condition of the atmosphere of the place. High value of relative humidity indicates that there might be precipitation, dew or fog.

Relative humidity of a place changes with temperature as with increase in temperature, the amount of water vapor required for saturation increases.
