The first method is magnetic separation

The process of magnetic separation involves attracting magnetic materials using a magnet to separate the components of mixes. Iron is magnetic and gets attached to it. Thus, copper remains in the mixture.

The second method is handpicking

Handpicking is the method of manually removing slightly larger particles from a mixture. Iron beads can be picked from the hand from copper.
