All medical experiments should be banned from prisons because the prisoners might take different decisions in prison compared to real life and thus they might not be thinking clearly or making an unusual decision when making the decision to participate in the study.
Moreover, the prisoners should feel pressured to participate by guards or could be interested in the possible positive consequences for them.
